Hi,

Has anyone encounter the scenario as below, i want my unified comm application server (MCS 7800 running CUCM 5.1(3))operating system authenticate to ACS when the administrator trying to login to operating system level. Not the CUCM admin authentication thru LDAP.Im now struggling on how to achieve it. Thanks.

Not possible at this point in time.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the reply. Just want to check with you,when you said that it's not supported at this point of time, does it have any documentation stated that? Of course,from the setup process of CUCM till login in to CUCM admin page, we know that we can used administrator account which reside on LDAP to login into the administration page, but when come to the OS(platform login)we have to used the username & password which configure during the machine setup.

Pls correct me if i'm wrong.

In order to modify the OS login authentication it would require root access to the OS which is not allowed at this time.
